Shipping and Delivery
Delivery policies in Hong Kong
For orders in Hong Kong, we will use Local Courier post provided by the Hong Kong Post Office as our delivery company. Eyebeamasia.com will deliver your order to the specified delivery address within 1-3 business days (including the day of ordering). Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box and hotel. The delivery charge is HK$25 per order.
Delivery service will be provided from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday. If nobody is at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a card for you to re-arrange the delivery. If no one is available to receive your order after two attempts, your order may be cancelled and a handling fee of HK$25 will be charged to your credit card.
Please note that we do not deliver on public holidays or when Typhoon signal number 8 or black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
Delivery policies outside Hong Kong(International)
We use Hong Kong Post as our delivery company. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order. These rates may change during promotion periods, so please check our promotion details on the homepage. The delivery charge is $150 per order. The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days. (including the day of ordering)
* Please bear in mind that these are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. International delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although eyebeamasia.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.
Customs Regulations:Taxes or duties
When ordering from eyebeamasia.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Eyebeamasia.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to eyebeamasia.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to your credit card.
