Ordering
Ordering is easy at eyebeamasia.com. Just enter the amount of eyebeam
you want to purchase on the online shopping page with your personal
info, delivery details and click the "place order now" button to
complete your purchase.
A summary of your order, delivery details as well as an order number
will be emailed to you following checkout and confirmation. If you do
not receive this e-mail 30 minutes after the purchase or feel that
there is an error in the order, please contact our customer service
representatives via e-mail customer@eyebeamasia.com or by phone number
(852) 2838-8437. This order as with previous orders will be stored with
your personal account information. You may review the order by
Emailing to us.
We will generally ship out your orders within 24 hours of order. If you
place your order on Sunday or on a public holiday, we will use all
reasonable efforts to ship it the following business day.
Eyebeamasia.com does not authorize the purchase of any merchandise
purchased through eyebeamasia.com to be used for resale purposes. In
order to protect you and to ensure that we are able to serve all our
customers we currently impose order restrictions of HK$5,000/US$600 and
a maximum of 5 units of the same product per week per customer.
However, if you are interested in buying a large number of items, or
are interested in wholesale opportunities, please call (852) 2838-8437

Eyebeamasia.com gladly accepts orders from outside Hong Kong. Just
remember to choose our Hong Kong site should you wish your order to be
delivered to an address in Asia Region (including Japan), and choose
our US site should you wish your order to be delivered to an address in
America. Please read our shipping and delivery section for more on
costs and time estimates.
Please note eyebeamasia.com reserves the right to cancel orders for any
reason.
